We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order. We do not keep Credit Card information on our servers. When an order is processed on our server your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor without ever residing on our server. My Account When you create an account at Kirk Kennedy Photography, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, and a user name and password. We use this information to fulfill your orders. Plus, you can always choose to amend your profile information. How we use email After you place your order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies. We do use email to inform our customer of any sales or special we run time to time. We encourage you to contact us with your questions or comments. We read every email we receive. For any reason you do not wish to receive any e-mail communication from us, than contact us at 831-424-0965 or send us e-mail to kirk@kirkkennedyphotography.com. We will happy to remove your name from our list. Why your transactions are secure We use state-of-the-art encryption technology to safeguard your transactions. The technology used is SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is supported by all web browsers that are version 4.0 or newer. Your information, including your credit card information, is encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We never display your credit card information. Your account is password-protected. You cannot submit an order or view your personal information without your password. The site will sign you out automatically if your session remains inactive for more than 20 minutes. If you share a computer, we recommend that you always sign out before leaving it unattended.
